Pocket Treasures: Wrap Up with Nicole Harper! **giveaway closed**

It's been a busy week here on the PageMaps blog as we've shared our newest stamp and die release from Penny Black! We hope you like the new Pocket Treasures stamps and dies. Not only are they great for pocket style scrapbooking but, as we've shown you all week, they work great on cards and traditional layouts, too!

Nicole Harper, who I have dubbed the QUEEN of pocket scrapbooking, had a chance to play with all of these stamps and dies, and she created these gorgeous pocket pages.

I asked Nicole what she thought of the sets and she said, "My favorite is the "numbers" die, but all of the dies cut great, even on chunky glitter cardstock!"

"I also love the basic words, especially layering them inside one another. The glasses were fun, too!"

In the stamp sets, the day of the week labels are awesome! Pocket scrappers love phrases, especially in basic fonts that they can use over and over."

Pocket Treasures: Day 2

Did you see the premiere of all the new Penny Black pocket scrapbooking dies and stamps on the PageMaps blog yesterday? They were so much fun to create!

The fun notebook page from Creative Die 51-053 A Pocket Full, looks lovely when cut twice and layered onto the front of your card. The “love” sentiment (51-052 Texting) works for any occasion. And how about those polka dots? T for Transparent set 30-240 Textures fits the bill to add subtle style to your stamping.

On this next card, the bold, graphic style of Creative Die 51-054 By the Numbers is paired with the natural look of Creative Die 51-030 Field of Dreams. And once again, you can add subtle background stamping using 30-238 Footnotes to finish off the design.

With Creative Die 51-057 Polaroid the design choices are limitless. What will you find inside the frame of your polaroid picture? Flowers, critters, fashion girls? And don’t forget, chat bubbles (51-052 Texting) are a fun way to add your sentiment, no matter what style of card you are creating.
